One visit covers the assessment. We take an iTero digital scan, add 3D CBCT imaging where the case calls for it, and Dr. James Chen builds a ClinCheck simulation showing the projected movement before you commit to anything. One thing we would rather you hear from us than notice later: most cases need small tooth-colored attachments bonded to certain teeth so the aligners can grip and rotate them. They are subtle at conversational distance, not invisible up close, and they come off at the end.
