What Invisalign costs in Dubai: the real ranges
Every honest pricing conversation starts with the same caveat: Invisalign is priced per case, not per person. Two patients whose smiles look similar in a mirror can sit a full treatment tier apart once the digital scan is on screen. Below are our standard published prices — the numbers we work from before any promotion is applied.
| Treatment | Standard price | Typical duration | Usually suited to |
|---|---|---|---|
| Invisalign Express | AED 8,500 – 12,000 | 4 – 8 months | Small amounts of crowding or spacing; minor relapse after childhood braces |
| Invisalign Lite | AED 12,000 – 17,000 | 8 – 14 months | Mild crowding or spacing across a limited number of teeth |
| Invisalign Comprehensive | AED 17,000 – 28,000 | 12 – 24 months | Moderate crowding, spacing and bite correction across both arches |
| Invisalign Teen | AED 16,000 – 24,000 | 12 – 24 months | Teenagers with teeth still erupting; includes built-in compliance indicators |
| Retainers (full set) | AED 1,200 – 2,500 | Fitted at the end | Holding the result long term |
The complete list sits on our pricing page, and the practical differences between tiers are explained in our guide to Invisalign types. The short version: your tier is decided by how far your teeth have to travel, not by how much you want to spend.
The current offer: Invisalign from AED 8,000 to AED 10,000
We are currently running Invisalign from AED 8,000 to AED 10,000, which is below our standard pricing above. Included at no extra cost:
- Initial consultation — examination, digital records and a personalized plan
- Professional cleaning before you start, so aligners seat against healthy teeth
- Teeth whitening, timed for the end of treatment when the teeth are aligned
- Retainers, so the result is protected rather than sold to you afterwards
Exact terms and eligibility are confirmed at your free consultation — because whether your case fits within the offer depends entirely on clinical findings, not on marketing. Full details are on the offer page.
What actually drives the price
Case complexity. Rotations, deep bites, crossbites and extraction cases require more tooth movement, more planning and more clinical control than closing a small gap.
Number of aligners and arches. Price tracks the number of aligner stages and whether one arch or both are being treated. A 14-stage case and a 60-stage case are not the same product.
Attachments and enamel reshaping. Tooth-colored attachments give the aligner something to grip so it can rotate or upright a tooth. More biomechanically demanding cases need more of them, plus interproximal reduction to create space.
Refinements. Teeth are biological, not mechanical. A second series of aligners to fine-tune the finish is common and normal — what matters is whether it is priced in from day one.
Retainers and long-term stability. Teeth drift for life. Retainers are part of the treatment, not an optional extra.
Provider experience and diagnostics. Paradise Dental is an Invisalign Diamond provider and Align iTero Certified, and orthodontics here is led by our orthodontist. Planning is done on iTero digital scans, ClinCheck 3D simulation and 3D CBCT imaging where indicated. Diagnostic depth is what prevents a plan that stalls at month nine.
Groundwork. If there is active gum disease or untreated decay, that is addressed first. It adds cost, and skipping it is how people lose bone while straightening teeth.
What should always be included in a quote
A quote that quietly excludes half the treatment is not cheaper — it is unfinished. Ask for these in writing:
| Line item | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Full diagnostics — scan, photos, radiographs, CBCT where indicated | A plan built without records is a guess |
| The ClinCheck plan, and who designed it | You should know whether an orthodontist planned your case |
| Total aligner count and whether both arches are treated | Prevents a "single arch" quote compared against a full one |
| Attachments and interproximal reduction | Routine in most cases; should never be a mid-treatment surprise |
| All review appointments for the full treatment period | Some quotes cap visits, then bill per appointment |
| Refinement policy | The single most common hidden cost in aligner treatment |
| Retainers, and what replacements cost later | Stability is part of the result |
| Whitening or cleaning, if promised | Verbal extras have a way of evaporating |
| VAT status and the payment schedule | You should know the total, not the headline |
Insurance in the UAE: the honest picture
Most UAE policies treat orthodontics as a special category rather than routine dental care. Coverage varies by policy, so treat the points below as what to check rather than what to expect:
- Orthodontic benefit is often capped as a lifetime limit, not an annual one — sometimes a few thousand dirhams total
- Adult orthodontics is frequently excluded outright, with cover restricted to dependants under a set age
- Clear aligners are sometimes classified as cosmetic, which can change the outcome even where braces would be considered
We offer direct billing with Daman, AXA, Cigna, Bupa Global, Allianz Care, Oman Insurance, Neuron, Nextcare and Mednet, with MetLife handled by reimbursement. Being able to bill an insurer directly is not the same as being covered by them, so our team will submit for pre-approval and confirm the terms with your insurer before treatment starts. The mechanics are covered in detail on our Invisalign insurance guide.
Interest-free installments
Treatment can be split across monthly payments through Tabby, Tamara or Postpay with no interest charged by those providers. For most Dubai patients this reframes the decision entirely — a comprehensive case becomes a manageable monthly figure rather than a single transfer. Any insurance contribution, where your policy allows one, is applied first, and installments cover the balance.
Cheap versus premium: what "too cheap" usually means
A low headline price is not automatically bad. But when a quote sits far below everything else in the market, the discount is usually funded by something. The common patterns:
- A limited plan sold as a full one — fewer aligner stages than the case actually needs, so treatment stops short of the finish
- Refinements billed separately at a point where you have no realistic option but to pay
- Retainers excluded, then priced at the end
- Remote or minimal supervision, with few in-person reviews and no radiographic assessment
- Planning by someone other than an orthodontist, on a case that needed one
- No contingency for the difficult part — the final stretch of tooth movement is where cases succeed or disappoint
Premium pricing should buy specific things: diagnostic depth, an experienced clinician, unhurried appointments, and accountability if the plan needs revising. Our own terms are set out on our guarantee page, and orthodontics is one part of a multi-specialist team, so gum health, restorative work and the final aesthetic result are handled under one roof rather than referred out.
How to compare quotes properly
- Confirm the treatment tier you are being quoted — Express, Lite, Comprehensive or Teen. Comparing across tiers is meaningless.
- Ask for the total aligner count and whether both arches are included.
- Get the refinement policy in writing, including how many rounds are covered.
- Ask whether retainers are included, and what replacements cost in two years.
- Ask who plans and reviews the case, by name and qualification.
- Ask what happens if the plan does not track as predicted.
- Compare the all-in total, not the deposit or the monthly figure.
Getting an exact number for your case
A precise quote takes one appointment. We scan with iTero, review your bite, show you the ClinCheck simulation of the projected outcome, and give you a written figure with everything itemized — including whether your case falls within the current offer.
The first consultation is free. We are on the 22nd floor of Burj Al Salam Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, a five-minute walk from World Trade Centre Metro with parking in the tower, which makes appointments straightforward from DIFC, Downtown and Business Bay. Book your free consultation or message us on WhatsApp at +971 58 520 9623.
One practical note for life here: Dubai summers and long commutes make aligner discipline easier to lose than you would expect. Keep your case in your bag rather than a hot car, never rinse aligners in hot water, and during Ramadan most patients find the compressed eating window makes the 20–22 hours of daily wear easier, not harder.
A note on suitability. Invisalign is not right for every case, and the package your case needs is confirmed only after a clinical exam and 3D scan. Your consultation is free and carries no obligation — see full pricing or read the FAQ.
