Anything sugary or acidic — juice, iced coffee, an electrolyte drink after a run — pools between the tray and the enamel instead of being cleared by saliva, and very hot drinks can distort the plastic. A fair question from anyone on a two- or three-year contract: what happens if you leave the UAE partway through? Raise it at the consultation. Your scans, records and ClinCheck plan belong to your case and can be shared with another Invisalign provider, and if your remaining time here is genuinely short, a shorter course may be the sensible route — though that is a clinical judgment based on what the scan shows, not on the calendar alone.
